Communication is both easy and incredibly complex. It is arguably the most important aspect for a high-functioning team to master. DISC helps you understand your own communication style, how you interact with people, and it also helps you understand how to work with others. When applied across an entire team, it helps everyone meet in the middle, recognizing and empowering the strengths of each style. 

Happy first day of summer! It has been an exciting four years helping many different types of businesses with their human resources needs since I founded CultureStream HR Solutions. Within the broad area of human resources, my passion has always been helping companies improve their culture to create great workplaces and teams, and working directly with people to help them develop in their roles and their careers.

I will never forget the moment when my virtual Human Resources career started. I had moved from D.C to Seattle in 2014 for personal reasons and was in the final interview stages with several large organizations.
